The Key to Activating Your Subconscious Mind

But the subconscious—unlike our conscious minds—doesn’t form opinions or get insulted. It simply accepts the stimuli that we program into it and goes to work acting upon it.

This is both good and bad: Good, because we can ultimately control what’s going on behind the scenes in our mind. It’s bad because if we choose to feed the subconscious with negative thoughts, it will accept them just as readily as it accepts the positive ones.

Your subconscious mind is most receptive to new messages and programming in the final minutes before you fall asleep, and during the first hour of the morning. And when you take advantage of these two time periods, you dramatically accelerate the speed at which you magnetize your mind with the commands that attract everything you need into your life.

Visualize your goals as realities each night before you fall asleep. Imagine yourself being the person you want to be, and doing the things you want to do. See yourself enjoying the success you desire. Then just relax and let go of them while you fall asleep.

When you wake up in the morning, immediately think about your most important goal. Imagine that there is a secret plan in the universe to make your dreams come true. Start off by saying, I believe good things are going to come my way today!”

Test out this theory by practicing it faithfully for 30 days and see if positive changes don’t start occurring in your life.
